Initiate Your Request
Log into your PRIME Home account and select the order containing the sports gear you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the gear.
